Shipping policy

All Beading Pulse jewelry is made to order. Most designs are available to ship within 1-2 weeks. Shipping times are approximate and business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

*Shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19 and extreme weather conditions.

Beading Pulse is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once we send your package, the liability is between you and the courier. However, we will do our best to assist you in finding your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
